The Landmark is a mixed-use project that perfectly complements the residential, commercial and corporate offer in the metropolitan zone of Guadalajara, Jalisco. It is a design by Sordo Madaleno Arquitectos and development by Thor Urbana and GFA.
The complex comprises two principal bodies that continue the curved form of the plinth: a 19-floor residential tower with 147 housing units, a 15-story corporate tower, with a centralized service nucleus, and finally a retail volume occupying the first 3 stories of the complex with a series of open plazas in its interior.
The architectural layout of the project is produced by the relationship between the four corners of the site, with an ellipse as the guiding form and generating concept, an ideal form for generating a simple spatial flow that permits a center in all areas.View the Project
