In 1955 the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) in New York presented the exhibition "Latin American Architecture since 1945". On the 60th anniversary of this exhibition, the museum returns to the significance of Latin American architecture with a show of leading architectural projects from the region, including the emblematic project "Palmas 555" by Juan Sordo Madaleno. The exhibition will be open March 29 to July 19, 2015, and includes architectural drawings, models, period photographs and videos. As well as presenting architecture between 1955 and 1980 it will include an extensive archive presenting the architectural development and evolution of cities in the region, including Mexico City.
