Massimo Dutti flagship store wins Noldi Schreck Prize
For the fifth consecutive year, the Noldi Schreck Prize recognizes the most significant works in architecture and interior design in Mexico. On this occasion, Massimo Dutti Masaryk has been distinguished as winner in the Commercial Architecture category.
Last August 22, the awards ceremony for the Noldi Schreck Prize 2017, organized by the design and architecture magazine Glocal, was held in Mexico City’s imposing Museum of Anthropology.
Enrique Ralph and Nadia Borrás, directors of interior design for Sordo Madaleno Arquitectos, received the first-place prize in the Commercial Architecture category for design excellence in the Massimo Dutti flagship store, located on Presidente Masaryk avenue.
In the words of the jury: “More than a retail location, this store is appreciated as a work of architecture, whose façade was designed to reflect the commercial language of Massimo Dutti with an eye-catching metal structure.”View the Project
